HIITy Bitty Bikini: Sweated lots & felt amazing afterwards!

- Bikini Buns & Thighs: Used my couch instead of an exercise ball. I love working the booty!
Wednesday (4/29): Insanity Max Interval Sports Training (30 minutes)
Run (5 miles): Jogging in 90 degree weather probably wasn’t the smartest idea, but I hate running on a treadmill. Somehow I survived. Did some barbell exercises at the gym afterwards.
Friday (5/1): Rest Day! I also didn’t have to go into work so I bummed all day. My body was sore from the run and weights, so I took it easy.
Run (5 miles): My dad ran with me – I love having a running buddy!
