Monday (4/13): Insanity Max Cardio Conditioning (AM) & Max Recovery (PM)

Tuesday (4/14): Insanity Max Interval Circuit

Wednesday (4/15)

Insanity Max Interval Sports Training: Did 40 minutes – skipped the crazy high/long jump part at the end.

Thursday (4/16): Rest Day! Got to Skype & enjoy my favorite TV shows as usual.

Friday (4/17)

Insanity Max Interval Plyo: Goodness why is this so difficult AHHH.

Saturday (4/18): Insanity Max Cardio Conditioning & Cardio Abs
